Services
We provide software strategy, web and mobile development, desktop apps, SaaS platforms, enterprise systems, UI/UX design, DevOps, and maintenance support.
Client Responsibilities
Clients are responsible for providing accurate requirements, timely feedback, required access, approvals, and payment according to agreed terms.
Intellectual Property
Unless a separate agreement says otherwise, custom-developed work is transferred after full payment; our proprietary tools and reusable methods remain ours.
Confidentiality
We treat client information as confidential and expect clients to protect Dev2Production materials, proposals, and credentials shared during delivery.
Limitations
We work professionally and carefully, but we do not guarantee specific business outcomes or third-party service behavior outside our control.
Payment and Project Agreements
Payment terms, milestones, acceptance criteria, and delivery details are defined in individual project agreements or proposals.
Termination
Either party may terminate a project according to its agreement. Completed work, outstanding payments, and confidential materials are handled according to that agreement.
Governing Law
These terms are interpreted under applicable law, without regard to conflict-of-law rules.
